Read these guidelines carefully before submitting footage. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and reporting to authorities.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

Original, unmodified footage you captured yourself
Breaking news events, protests, demonstrations
Weather events, natural disasters, accidents
Political events, press conferences, public gatherings
Wildlife, environmental, and documentary content

PROHIBITED CONTENT

AI-generated or digitally modified/manipulated contentZero Tolerance
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - reported to authoritiesZero Tolerance
Pornography or sexually explicit content of any kindZero Tolerance
Gore or violence created/shared for shock value
Staged, fake, or re-enacted events presented as real
Content you don't own or didn't capture yourself
Content that violates someone's privacy without news value

Violation Consequences

Submitting prohibited content results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending earnings, and permanent ban. CSAM and illegal content is reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities.

VidWire does NOT handle evidentiary content.

Content documenting potential war crimes, atrocities, or human rights abuses requires proper chain of custody that a commercial platform cannot provide. Your footage could be crucial for justice—it deserves proper handling.

By submitting footage to VidWire, you agree to our Terms of Service and confirm that:

  • You captured the footage yourself and own all rights to it
  • The footage is original, unedited, and not AI-generated or manipulated
  • You understand prohibited content will result in ban and potential legal action
  • You are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes
